LOCATION:     North & East of the intersection of E. Rockaway Hills Road and N. 32nd Street

              REQUEST:       Exception to the Cave Creek Subdivision Ordinance,

Chapter 4: Engineering Standards & Procedures, Sec. 4.1 Sewage Disposal Systems, B: Requirements, 1.c which states, “Applicants proposing subdivisions utilizing individual lot sewage systems requiring percolation shall demonstrate approved percolation tests on each lot prior to the first Planning Commission hearing of the Final Plat.”

 

MOTION:  TO RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF CASE E-06-03: CAHAVA SPRINGS SUBDIVISION – EXCEPTION REQUEST – TO ALLOW AN EXCEPTION TO THE CAVE CREEK SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE, CHAPTER 4, SEC. 4.1.B.1.C WHICH STATES “APPLICANTS PROPOSING SUBDIVISIONS UTILIZING INDIVIDUAL LOT SEWAGE SYSTEMS REQUIRING PERCOLATION SHALL DEMONSTRATE APPROVED PERCOLATION TESTS ON EACH LOT PRIOR TO THE FIRST PLANNING COMMISSION HEARING OF THE FINAL PLAT.’

                                          MOTION:  TO RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF CASE F-05-04 –CAHAVA SPRINGS – FOR A 230-LOT SUBDIVISION ON 945 ACRES SUBJECT TO THE CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL IN EXHIBIT “A”

 

                                          STAFF RECOMMENDS THAT THIS CASE BE CONTINUED.

MOTION:  TO RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF CASE SUP-05-02 – RESORT HOTEL – SPECIAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW A 24-ROOM RESORT HOTEL ON APPROXIMATELY 1.8 ACRES IN A DESERT RURAL (DR-89) ZONE.
