Residential utilities within the Town of Cave Creek are supplied by a number of private and public entities. We have provided current contact information for those utilities below.

• Water - Water service is provided by the Town of Cave Creek although many residences in the community are supplied by private wells. The Town also owns and manages the Desert Hills Water system.

• Sewer - Sewer service is provided by the Town of Cave Creek to residences and businesses in the core portion of the Town. If you are uncertain whether your residence is connected to the Town's sewer system, please contact the Town's Utility Department.

• Garbage - Garbage pick-up is provided by several companies and residents need to contact their chosen service provider to establish service or for service questions.

• Recycling - Several of the waste pickup providers listed above offer curbside recycling. In addition, beginning January 2009, Maricopa County Solid Waste Management will open the Maricopa County Waste Disposal and Recycling Center at 3955 E. Carefree Highway. Contact the Center at 602-506-4006 for Center hhours and materials accepted for recycling and disposal.
• Fire Service - Fire and emergency services for the Town of Cave Creek are provided by Rural/Metro Fire Department. There are no local taxes or subsidies to fund these vital services. Service is funded through annual fire agreements or ‘subscriptions’ with individual property owners.
