    The property is currently zoned Single-Family Residential (R-35); at this time the zoning of the property is not subject of this application.

    The Cave Creek Town Council will hold a public hearing on the General Plan Amendment request on Monday, September 18, 2017 at 7:00 pm at the Cave Creek Town Council Chambers, 37622 N. Cave Creek Road.
