The Town of Cave Creek maintains a network of multi-use trails that connects portions of the Town, provides access to Cave Creek Regional Park and Spur Cross Ranch Conservation Area, and linkages to Desert Foothills Land Trust properties.

State Trust Land borders many of the County Parks and open spaces within the Town of Cave Creek. A permit must be secured from the State Land Department for recreational uses of State Land. Click here for a link to the Arizona State Land Department Recreational Use page.
The Maricopa County Parks and Recreation Department offers park visitors two types of an Annual Pass.
Mountain Parks Annual Pass This pass allows entry to all Maricopa County parks, excluding Lake Pleasant Regional Park and Spur Cross Ranch Conservation Area, for one year from the date of purchase. To obtain an application, visit your favorite park, contact park headquarters at 602.506.2930 or

Lake Pleasant Regional Park Annual Pass Several types of annual passes exist for Lake Pleasant Regional Park, varying from the number of days a week you can visit, to the number of watercraft included in the pass.
