AGP-20-02 Amend the General Plan - Paul J. Sharpe

Request:  To amend the Land Use Map contained within the Town Core Specific Area Plan for parcel 216-07-008  by changing the current Land Use designation of "Desert Rural" to "Commercial Use."  The subject property, approximately 5.54 acres, is located north of the Roadhouse Bar, east of Petite Acres and south of Galloway Wash (Desert Awareness Park).

A public hearing will be held before the Town of Cave Creek Planning Commission on Thursday, August 20, 2020 at 7 p.m. to consider the request to amend the Land Use Map contained within the Town Core Specific Area Plan for parcel 216-07-008 by changing the current Land Use designation of "Desert Rural" to "Commercial Use".
