AGP-20-03 Amend General Plan-Seven Springs Hideout

AGP-20-03 Amendment to the General Plan - 7 Springs Hideout 

Request:  To amend the Land Use Map contained within the General Plan for parcels 211-07-006E, 012B and 006F by changing the current Land Use designation of “Desert Rural” to a combination of Open Space” and “Commercial”. The subject 18.42-acre property is located just north of the Town Core Specific Area Plan boundary, north of Grapevine Road and west of School House Road.

A Rezoning request was concurrently applied for (Case Z-20-03) to change the underlying zoning from a Desert Rural Residential (DR-89) Zone  to a combination of Open Space Conservation (OSC) Zone and Commercial Buffer (CB) Zone.

The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 20, 2020 at 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 37622 N. Cave Creek Rd., Cave Creek to consider the request to amend the Land Use Map contained within the General Plan .  Following the determination of the request to  Amend the Land Use Map contained within the General Plan, the Rezoning request will be considered.
