SPR-20-02 Galloway Crossing - Site Plan Review

Galloway Crossing is a proposed residential community consisting of 32 apartment  units, clubhouse, pool, spa and some detached garages located on approximately 4.01 acres on Galloway Road and Cave Creek Road in a Multi-Family Residential (MR) Zone.  

The project is  scheduled for public hearing by the Planning Commission  on October 15, 2020.  Because of the current health emergency, the Planning Commission is providing for in person public participation and an option to view and participate electronically.

At the October 15, 2020 Planning Commission meeting, the Commission voted 6-0 to recommend approval of the Site Plan Review for Galloway Crossing, subject to the Conditions of Approval.

At the November 16, 2020 meeting, the Town Council APPROVED the Site Plan, subject to Conditions of Approval by a vote of 7 - 0.
