Z-20-04 Rezoning Request - Kimley-Horn on behalf of PetSuites

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLANNING COMMISSION, THURSDAY, OCTOBER 15, 2020

 

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Cave Creek Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 15, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Council Chambers, 37622 N. Cave Creek Rd and via Zoom conferencing to consider Case No. Z-20-04, a rezoning request to change the underlying zoning of a parcel totaling approximately 1.95 acres from a current zoning of Desert Rural Residential (DR-89) to a Commercial Buffer (CB) Zone.  The vacant parcel is located at the northeast corner of 52nd Street and Carefree Highway and is Assessor Parel No. 211-47-013A.  An application for a Site Plan Review was concurrently applied for (Case No. SPR-20-01) to allow for the development of a pet resort building.  The Site Plan Review request will be considered following the determination of the Rezoning Request. Copies of the project summary will be available one-week prior to the public hearing at Town Hall and on the Town’s website at https://cavecreek.civicweb.net/filepro/documents/41633.
